Last updated: 7 September 2026
This notice explains how MEP-E CO., LTD. handles personal data when you visit this website. It reflects the current public website, which does not yet accept online form submissions or use advertising or analytics trackers.
Who is responsible for your data
MEP-E CO., LTD. is the controller of personal data described in this notice. We are based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@mep-e.com.
Information processed when you visit
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. We use this processing to provide a secure, reliable website and to prevent abuse.
Published website content and project images are delivered using Sanity. Requests to this service may include technical connection information such as your IP address and browser headers.
Contact form
The contact form currently displayed on the website is a demonstration interface. Submitting it does not transmit or store the name, email address or message entered. We will update this notice and provide information at the point of collection before enabling online enquiries.
Cookies and similar technologies
MEP-E does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our infrastructure provider may use strictly necessary security technologies to protect the website. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, they will remain disabled until any consent required by applicable law has been obtained.
Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security, and Sanity for content management and image delivery. These providers may process data through infrastructure located outside your country. We review appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required by applicable data-protection law.
Retention
MEP-E does not retain contact-form entries because the form is not currently connected. Technical and security records are retained by our service providers according to their configured retention periods and contractual terms, and only for as long as reasonably necessary for website delivery, security and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Contact us at contact@mep-e.com to make a request.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website begins collecting enquiries, introduces analytics or marketing technology, or otherwise changes how personal data is handled.
